INTERNAL Broaching

RISHEM - Electromechanical broaching machine with table up

The RISHEM machine is a vertical, electromechanical internal broaching machine with a "table-up" design. Two servomotors push the part along the broach, which remains stationary. This setup eliminates the need for a pit, allows easy integration into machining cells, and operates without hydraulics—reducing footprint, noise, energy use, and waste.
Its symmetric column design includes a double-drive system (screws, cylindrical guides) and centralized workstations, ensuring forces remain aligned, minimizing torque and internal stress. The machine is also easily adaptable for different parts.

RISZ - Hydraulically driven

The RISZ machine is a Hydraulic broaching machine with fixed table. The basic machine is designed considering the alignment of the forces generated during the broaching process. The puller slide pulls the broaching-tool through the workpiece using two hydraulic cylinders while the part is still in the workbench. These cylinders are in line with the broaching station, preventing so dual forces or torques.

Horizontal Rolling

LH - Great rigidity with iron structure

The LH is a horizontal rolling machine where screws or hydraulic cylinders push slides along a rack tool, rolling the part in one stroke.
It features a rigid “C” frame, servomotors driving planetary screws, and hardened guideways with scrapers. The PLC-controlled tailstock moves via a servomotor, adjusting automatically per the selected program. The headstock maintains pressure pneumatically, with a linear scale detecting size errors.
The clamping system supports bells (for chamfers) or centers (for center holes), with floating positioning for spline rolling.
